Cancelling Orders

Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. When you place your order, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where postage is purchased and your order is prepared for shipment. For information on returns process, please reference the "Returns" policy.

Cancelling Subscriptions
48 Hours Advance Notice Required

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, however, you must cancel your subscription 48 hours prior to the time of your subscription renewal (48 hours before the exact time of the charge) in order to not receive your next scheduled order. Cancellations made after that time will apply to the next billing cycle. No returns or refunds on subscription renewals.

When you first create your subscription, it takes 7 days for your account to be completely made in our system. When you receive your first order, you will be able to login and access your account portal online. If you login to the "My Account" portal before the initial 7 days, the manage account features will be disabled.

To cancel your subscription, you must cancel online by visiting our portal.

Subscriptions Auto-Renew based on the recurring frequency selected at checkout

Subscriptions automatically renew on the same day every 2, 4, or 8 weeks, depending on your chosen frequency. Your subscription will continue to auto-renew until canceled. To halt auto-renewals, please use the online portal to cancel your subscription.
