Strawberry Banana Bread Featuring Amazing Creamer

Add a burst of fresh berry flavor to your traditional loaf of banana bread. Each tender bite is filled with sweet banana flavor and a boost from our French Vanilla Amazing Creamer. For the best-tasting loaf, be sure to choose strawberries with a deep red hue and overripe bananas that are beginning to turn brown.

Yield: Serves 8


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus 1/2 tablespoon, divided 

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon finely ground sea salt

1/4 cup French Vanilla Amazing Creamer

1 cup chopped strawberries

2 large overripe bananas

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 

1/3 cup neutral oil of choice, or melted butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8.5x4.5” loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk 1 1/2 cups of flour with the baking soda, salt, and Amazing Creamer until well combined then set aside.
  3. Place the strawberries into a small bowl and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of flour. Gently toss to coat. This will prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the loaf. 
  4. Peel the bananas and break them into pieces. Place the chunks into a medium bowl and mash until no large chunks remain. Then, stir in the sugar.
  5. Whisk in the eggs, yogurt, and oil until smooth.
  6. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry flour mixture. Stir until no lumps remain then, fold in the strawberries until just combined.
  7. Scrape the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few crumbs. Allow the loaf to cool for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to continue cooling for at least 1 hour before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days for the best taste.
