If you like banana bread, these soft banana oatmeal bars will be a new breakfast favorite. Each bite is filled with a warm cinnamon and brown sugar flavor. They take only 30 minutes from start to finish and have a delicious boost from our French Vanilla Amazing Creamer. Top these bars with an extra spoonful of warmed almond butter and your choice of sliced bananas, chocolate chips, walnuts or, all three!

Ingredients
2 medium bananas, mashed
1/4 cup almond butter, or nut butter of choice
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 cups quick oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup French Vanilla Amazing Creamer
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until mostly broken down.

Scrape the bananas into a large bowl and add the almond butter, brown sugar, milk, and egg. Stir to combine.

Next, add the oats, cinnamon, Amazing Creamer, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients. Then, stir until a thick, pourable batter forms.

Scrape the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned at the edges and firm to the touch in the center. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
