Returns & Exchanges
Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. When you place your order, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where postage is purchased and your order is prepared for shipment. For information on returns process, please reference the "Returns" policy.
48 Hours Advance Notice Required
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, however, you must cancel your subscription 48 hours prior to the time of your subscription renewal (48 hours before the exact time of the charge) in order to not receive your next scheduled order. Cancellations made after that time will apply to the next billing cycle. No returns or refunds on subscription renewals.
When you first create your subscription, it takes 7 days for your account to be completely made in our system. When you receive your first order, you will be able to login and access your account portal online. If you login to the "My Account" portal before the initial 7 days, the manage account features will be disabled.
To cancel your subscription, you must cancel online by visiting the account page.
If your order has been lost or damaged during shipment, please click here to contact customer service. In the event that your product was lost or damaged on delivery, we will send 1 replacement order, but no refund. The replacement will be sent as long as the customer placed a notice of the lost/damaged order within 30 days. You must first confirm your address with our customer service team before the replacement order will be sent. Please be prepared to provide photo proof as well as evidence of damaged or lost products.
Make Changes To My Account
All changes to your account including cancellations, and updates to shipping info and payment info must be done through the self serve online account management tool. All you need to access your account is your email. You will be sent a one-time password (OTP) that will allow you to login and make changes to your account. To access your account, please click here.
Trouble Accessing My Account
If you did not receive a one-time password by email, then it's possible that there is an issue with the email address we have on file for your account. Please click here to contact customer service. We can update the email address on your account so you can start using the online portal.
Subscriptions Auto-Renew Every Month
Subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month. Subscriptions will continue to auto-renew until cancelled. To stop auto-renewals, you must cancel your subscription using the online portal.
Cancellations made after the subscription renewal will apply to the following billing cycle. Returns are not allowed on subscription renewals.
Return To Sender & "Refused" Packages Are NOT Eligible for Return
Please note that packages that are "Returned To Sender" or "Refused" are absolutely, 100% not eligible for refund and there are no exceptions to this policy. Do not "Return To Sender" or "Refuse" a package. If you do so, you will not be able to get a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you send a package back marked "Return To Sender" or "Refused" not only will you not be eligible for a refund (no exceptions) but we are also unable to ship your product back to you. Do not use this method under any circumstance.
Reactivating My Account
When an existing subscription is reactivated in the portal by the customer, a new subscription renewal date is created based on the date of reactivation. Please contact us to reactivate your subscription.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee Return Process
Please read the info below regarding policies for the money back guarantee. Please note that shipping is not refundable, only the product cost of eligible products is refundable.
If you are unhappy with any of your edible Superfoods product(s) for any reason, we will allow you to return your order within the first 30 days of your initial purchase for a refund. Once you fill out an RMA request form, we will review and send you an email with a prepaid shipping label if you are eligible. In order to receive a refund, the return will need to be sent back to our warehouse no later than 10 business days from the date the label is generated. Once your tracking shows that the package has shipped, your refund will be processed. Once the refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for bank clearing. The tumbler, coffee mug and coffee mixer are non-refundable and excluded from the 30 day money-back guarantee.
Please note, All refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at checkout. If for any reason we're unable to refund the original payment method then store credit will be issued.

Each item that is returned must contain all packaging pieces including the box, even if empty.

All 30 Money Back Guarantee returns are subject to a deduction based on the original shipping and handling charge incurred for the product. This deduction applies even if a free shipping offer was applied to the customer order. The list of deductions are as follows:
- Starter Plan or 1 Box / 1 Bag: $5.95 Deduction
- Kickstart Plan or 2 Boxes / 2 Bags: $9.95 Deduction
- Ultimate Plan/ 3 or more Boxes/ Bags: $14.95 Deduction
